• How do I send digital media?
Step 1: Select the digital media you want to send.
Open zeZebra and click the "Share files" button at the top of the main screen – this will allow you to browse the digital media on your computer. Select the digital media you wish to send and click "Open".
A "share link" will be created and copied to your clipboard.

Step 2: Share this link
You can paste the copied link into any type of message or service (email, facebook etc…) Alternatively you can click on the "Share button" and we will help you access some popular services.

Sit back and relax– Youre done.
Once your receiver will click on the link, the transfer will begin.
• Are there size limits?
No. Basically you can send any size of file, to as many people as you want. Just do it…
• Do I need to register?
Not at all, you dont need to register but you do need to add your name and email address so that people who receive your digital media or people who want to send you digital media will know its you. Although its not a must, we recommend adding a profile picture.
• Is my digital media stored anywhere?
Nope! We dont store your digital media, we dont know what it contains, and no one but you and your receivers (with your permission) can view it. Its a closed circle between you and whoever you send your digital media to.
• Can I send digital media to someone who doesnt have zeZebra?
Of course!
When the receiver gets the zeZebra link, they will be given the option to download zeZebra in order to receive the digital media you sent.
• Can I send digital media to multiple people?
Sure you can!
All you need to do is either select a few of your zeZebra contacts, or send to a few people using your address books on the supported external services, like Gmail, Facebook and others.
• What should happen after I send a link to someone?
A zeZebra transfer starts once the receiver clicks on the link you sent and installs zeZebra. Once a transfer is complete you will see a notification (in green):

If you wish to monitor the progress of your ongoing transfers go to the Transfer Log screen where detailed data is available.

• Can I block someone from receiving my files?
Every transfer will be indicated in the main zeZebra window, where you can see who the receiver is.If there is someone you don't want to get the digital media in hand just terminate the transfer using the x button on the right side of the transfer line.
• What happens if my connection drops, do I need to resend the file?
If you began the sending process while your computer was still online, then no worries: the sending process will automatically pick up where it left off once both computers are back online.
• Is there an expiration date for my shared files?
No! Any link you create is valid for as long as you dont cancel it.
When you wish to stop sharing the files and disable the link, simply click the X button in the link line in the main screen and this will disable the link youve created.
From that point on, if someone clicks that link, those files will no longer be available.
• How do I add users to my contact list?

zeZebra currently works via Wi–Fi only, therefore there will be no data going over your regular cellular network, so no – it will not cost you anything.
• I have internet access but zeZebra is "Disconnected" – What should I do?
Make sure you are using a Wi–Fi network – zeZebra currently connects only via Wi–Fi. If problem continues, please check the network's firewall and security settings – it might be blocking the zeZebra communication channel (if you are on a corporate or an office network, please contact your system administrator).
• Why do I receive a file before Ive approved it?
In order to speed things up and have the files reach you as fast as possible, we start receiving files in the background, if sender is on you zeZebra contact list. However, the transfer is encrypted and secured and cannot serve for any malware or virus transfer. The files will not be re-assembled or usable before you approve receiving them. If you choose to reject the files, all these "temp" files will be deleted automatically, so there will be no disk space taken.
• I canceled a transfer by mistake How can I re–download it?
Depends on how you received the file:
a. If the sender is on your zeZebra contact list and sent you the files directly to zeZebra, so you were asked to approve receiving the files and rejected, you will need to ask the sender to re–send it again.
b. If you got a link to the files and you clicked it and then canceled, you can simply click it again to restart the transfer.
